Kippered salmon is available in a 1 lb chunk - either the back piece or the belly piece.
Our favorite is the belly, fat and juicy. Some like the back, longer, a bit more dry, but thicker in its size. Either way, you can't go wrong with them!
Our Kippered Salmon is naturally cured and smoked in our state of the art facility in Brooklyn, New York. There are no added sugars and no preservatives, and, all of our products are certified kosher.
